Perhaps with the fact that you were the only agent we interviewed who saw the potential to market our home the way we envisioned. Your creativity took our home sale from what agents saw as a “difficult” neighborhood with tough comparisons to the reality it was-the most saleable home in the area I a hot market that set the tone (and price level) for sales to come.

Of course, once you did get involved, things moved a bit fast for us. Showing the home to seven buyers and getting three offers before it went on the market was a thrill ride we weren’t expecting. We were out of there before we had time to digest the fact that we were putting our home on the market!

Your cool demeanor in navigating the vagaries of negotiating process and giving us advise on the merits of the offers ws much appreciated. I know that your real estate finance background gives you the confidence to evaluate offers professionally.

Above all, we appreciated your good humor and continuous emotional support grounded in strong experience and good sense in dealing with the difficult buyer and multiple offer issues that ensued.

I have been telling everyone at MCDS how wonderful you and David have been! We are thoroughly enjoying our new home thanks to both of you. You have made everything so easy! We have been through the home buying process twice before and it has never gone this smoothly from beginning to end. You are both so professional and so good at what you do and we are so thankful to have been so lucky to work with you both. Please thank you daughter for watching the kids for us on our closing day as well. We would love to have you and David over to see the house when are settled in.
